"Staff in clubhouse warned of some problems in relation to course condition given that it was September when we played.

"Aloha golf is the worst value course I have played on the coast for some time. Do not play it especially with a wonderful track for much less money just across the way in Los Naranjos or an actually elite course in Las Brisas (albeit more expensive).

"Real test of golf short and long par 4s and par 3s excellent roll on the greens. Only down side was workings at front of greens stopping running up to the greens was not told beforehand , having said that beautiful layout great fairways"

"Det enda smolket i glädjebägaren var att personalen på banan inte infann sig förrän 5 minuter i åtta dvs 5 minuter före vår teetime. Det blir onödigt stressig att hantera allt från betalning till inköp av dricka o bollar på denna korta tid. När man nu betalar en hyggligt hög greenfee så känns det inte helt ok att gå ut från 1:a tee med stress i ben o huvud. I övrigt är banan i mycket gott skick och en god utmaning för alla sorters golfare." - Ulf F

"Lovely course, well maintained, quiet, scenic, fantastic day out. However it is still expensive although not as steep as it used to be. As a visitor you are made to park on the road if you can find a space although there is an enormous, empty members car park. Caddy master was fairly unhelpful with telling us where to present ticket, how to get into locked locker room, etc. In summary, great place but needs to get in touch with the current financial position." - Mark

"When we arrived i was told that buggies were not allowed on the fairways.
This made the round take much longer to play , and difficult to select the right club for most shots when the ball is a long way from the path.If i was informed of this i would not have paid a lot of money to play Aloha !"

"There are quite a few blind shots of the tee boxes, where a good straight long drive can cause you problems which proved to be dis-heartening. If this is your first time on the course you need a GPS. Stroke saver books were not available and the hole display boards on the tees are poor" - Gary H

"This is a gem, albeit pretty expensive. We expected to find it rather anti-visitors given the price tag. Everyone was friendly, apart from the caddy master! Great course, very tight, but in fantastic condition and well worth a visit - if you can get a tee time!" |
