The holes was not New this day..
No buggie around the with food and bevarges…
You have to have a buggie if you want to play in 4:30
The starter an PGA pro was helpful and you now that he can the game of golf.

"Banan var i bra skick. Fina greener,fairways och tees, lite dåligt med sand i endel bunkrar.Liten ranch med ganska dåliga bollar. Vi var tidigt på banan för att få golfbil som inte gick att förboka. Vi nekades bil trots att det fanns ca 10-15 lediga bilar som stod startklara. Vi spelade bara 9 hål då vi inte orkar gå 18 hål pga div handikapp. Ganska snorkigt bemötande i proshop när vi frågade varför vi inte kunde få hyra en bil. Vi spelade med två andra svenskar som hade bokat bil och dom fick inte heller någon bil trots bokning.Blir nog inget mer besök här tyvärr." - Janne

"Not a bad layout. A couple of tight-typical Spanish-not actually enough room holes. Greens were ok. Fairways were scruff. Bunkers are inconsistent and often hard packed dust.
Facilities were nice. No table service. So sat there for 20mins whilst the staff just walk past us and ignored us when we tried to speak to them…" - Sam

"Considering the course had received maintenance just 3 days earlier, the greens were amazing if a little slow but true.
The course is gently undulating however the are a couple of long gradual hills.
Although the 9th is the signature hole I personally loved the par 3 12th playing over water.
The course plays as quite technical and you need to bring your A game to play to your handicap.
I would recommend a buggy as some of the greens to tees are quite a distance.

Important: signs pointing to hole 3 not very visible so people in front of us went the wrong way to hole9 creating som delays etc. Pls fix this.

"So nice good fairways and very fast greens.
This is a above average difficult course, and if you play it for the first time in very windy conditions you for sure will have hard time to put a good score in the score card.
They must announce better that the 9 hole has a provisional green. I saw a small sign in Spanish after playing that it was so. The caddie master must inform players, which he didn't.
Electrical trolly, caddie or cart is a must on this course due to how must the course goes up and down." - Peter

"I played the course following the green keepers who were ironing the greens, so they were true and fast and a pleasure to play. The course was a mix of long and medium length holes with challenging bunkers, some of which were difficult to judge having not played the course before. The tees and fairways were in good condition and as always important to ensure shots do not stray.
There was a temporary green on the ninth fairway, although I believe this is due to work on the green to make this hole the signature of the course.
A couple of holes on the back nine are over water and require accurate tee shots to score well.
Having walked the course with a trolley I knew I had experienced a good walk, but enjoyed the exercise.

"The golfcourse is excellent, it has a good variety and every hole is different. A lot of bunkers strategically positioned. Everything in good state. The clubhouse howver is very disappointing ! It has a very small bar and restaurant, and we had the idea that everybody comes here to play golf and then disappear as quick as they can :(" - Erik Linden

"It was my second time playing Font del Llop. Its a great course, and it lives up to all expectations. The best part is (i dont know why) but, there isnt alot of people there. And also, the course is Always mint condition... All the holes between hole 2 and 7 are spectacular in my opinion. The only thing that isnt great is maybe the restaurant.. its very slow, if ur going to lunch there or something, make sure you have atleast an hour." - Michael

"The course is scenic and challenging at times but enjoyed it. Unfortunately the bunkers suffered badly in the recent heavy storms and the sand git washed away and baked hard underneath. Not possible to play a shot from them. The course are attending to this next month (October)
In hind site it would have been fairer on the golfers to make them GUR until they are sorted.
All said I had a good day and I will return. Pro shop shop are very friendly.

"The course is set out beautifully along a natural valley. You really have to think your way round the course, the more times you play it the more you get out of it. The setting is fantastic. Do not be put off because it s a bit out of the way, your journey will be fully rewarded.
The 9th hole is a real challenge, providing risk v reward with bunkers, ponds, a winding river and an undulating fast green. Brilliant." - Peter H

"Väldigt bra och varierande layout. Jag gillade verkligen banan, hade dock en bra golfdag, troligen en mardröm om man sprider utslagen. Greenerna hade lite att önska, långsamma och inte helt jämna.
