"Parcours très agréable, bien entretenu,avec quelques trous challenging. Les greens ne sont pas trop rapides, les fairways sont bien entretenus, ainsi que les départs.
On peut faire ce parcours à pied avec un chariot électrique de préférence.
Un seul point négatif : pas de point d'eau sur le parcours

"Interesting course with varied holes but nothing remarkable, too many blind holes for a first time player to the course. Played in June and fairways very dry and starting to crack, greens ok. Grass on tee boxes too long and not enough sand in the bunkers. It was fine for a holiday game of golf but a wee bit pricy for what it is and the condition of the course in summertime." - 4 Scotts

"Receptionists /staff gave us a warm welcome.
Played the course twice and both Caddy Masters were excellent (Nick/ Peter:). Very helpful advice regarding the Course.
The 10th has been revamped and was probably the poorest hole, good Teeshot coming back about 50 yards due to the hilly nature, but the Fairway had been cut too short to hold the Ball.
Magnificent views of the surrounding area/ mountains.
Really enjoyed the course except for the 10th, Shame.

"A great coarse to play, plenty of challenging holes, just wait and see hole 10!
Fairways in great condition, greens also well cut and in great condition. Overall interesting layout and did like the the layout.
Caddy master was very helpful and thanks to the manager made me very welcome at this club. I intend to come back and enjoy this club in the very near future!

"Had a lovely breakfast prior to teeing off. I’m sorry to say that was the highlight of our day. Course was average at best. Tees were very patchy, fairways same. Greens decent. Fringes around greens varied from hole to hole, some bare and some very lush.

"After the wettest 3 months in 10 years, course was understandably wet and muddy. But greens ok. Bunkers had solid clumpy sand due to wet weather.
The course was also under renovation so there were changes on the back 9 with temporary holes in play.
Has the most British feel of all courses in Cyprus.

"I played on 3 of the 4 courses of Paphos and this are the worst,noto bad but the other are better,no have map or indication on the TEE,you shot blind every hole,finally the group in fronte of us have 2 woman never take on this band a golf club,the caddiemaster(lovely vote 10!)made All to help us to jump in the free hole of the course.....the reception must checked the really hcp of the player go on the course."

"The pleasant welcome and good service prior to the round was not matched by the condition of the course. Very poor tees, okay fairways and hairy greens made for a disappointing game. The front nine layout was fine but the back nine, while accepting there are some changes underway, was a bit crazy with lots of strange routings for holes and some odd designs save the island green par 3, a nice hole. Not the easiest location to get to and maybe after the work, it will be better, but not our favourite on the island." - The goddess of golf

"The buggy had to stick to the paths which sometimes does not give you the true feel of the course. 10th should be a call forward hole.
Time of the round should be improved. Possibly too many golfers not knowing the correct procedure."

"Much improved over the last time I played it - 2 years ago
The clubhouse and food were good although the food was on the high side of Cyprus prices.
Jimmy - the Marshall - was great and made sure that we were not behind larger groups of slower players.
All in all a tiring - some steep inclines - but enjoyable day."

"Nice course, well laid out and interesting with some quite challenging holes especially a short par 4 where you drive over a ravine followed by a par 3 to an island green that is surrounded by water.
A new club house is being built, which will improve the current shop, bar and restaurant facilities which are not very good.
The bunkers let the course down, they are full of hard compacted sand and need some serious attention.
Overall this course is worth a visit."

"Overall the experience was very good. The course is laid out well. This is a project in progress at this time and the future looks fantastically interesting by the looks of the 1st tee area and the brand new clubhouse which is near completion. A lot of work is going on throughout areas of the course but non of it detracts from my experience and does not interfere with your game. Would definately play again" - Derek Dunnachie |
