"Difficult front 9 with some odd holes particularly the par 5 8th. Back 9 a more sensible layout. Buggy recommend as some distances between some holes and hilly in parts. Although not one of the better courses it does represent very good value and has very friendly staff. It is also in better condition than it used to be." - Spiggy

"The routing for the holes 10 and 11 is dangereus. When you play 11 is it possible that you hit a golfer on the the green of 10.
When you play hole 10 you can reach easily the players on hole 11.

"This is not a great course but represents good value. Some animal has been digging holes around much of the course particularly on the first 3 holes but doesn’t affect play. The opening 3 holes are tricky quirky ones. The course then becomes more normal until the par 5 8th where it’s difficult to keep your drive on the fairway.
The back nine is a much better layout with some good holes. 11 and 12 are good ones. Both par 3 are good holes too. Course overall in not too bad condition. Buggy recommended. Friendly staff." - Spiggy

"Well layed out on a partly steep and hilly area. The front 9 thus giving rise to some narrow fairways. Good solutions all in all. The only unacceptable layout beeing on hole 3. Back nine on more level ground well layed out with good design. The greens were all good.
Buggy is necessary.

"Start with all the positives. The greens were in superb condition but very tricky and sometimes extremely fast. On the day we played the green staff must have had a grudge as the pins were very difficult to get to. Staff at the club were helpful and the clubhouse new and well laid out. Fairways were in good condition but needed water. Now the not so good....The first 4 holes were extremely difficult and without a member to point out where to hit the ball we would have lost loads. In fact the whole course was very tough not long but tight. So many good tee shots ran out of fairway and were lost. Hit one side of the fairway and look on the other side for the ball. Hit down the middle on many holes and reload. Not my favourite day on a golf course." - Phil & Gaynor

"We were not impressed with the course. Lots of problems with wild boar damages and for the rest so, so. The concrete paths were extremely slippery and very dangerous when wet.

"Medelbra,med spännande hål. Svår att spela första gången med mycket som var dolt. det var kuperat och överraskande lutningar många ställen. Hål 10, 11 och 12 var knepigt förlagda. Man fick köra fram och tillbaka. Hål 4 och hål 15 roliga korthål. Tee och fairway ok medan greenerna var bra, jämna och många luriga onduleringar.
Buggy är nödvändigt, vägarna ok.
Vid hålen saknas information om hålets nummer och en översiktlig bild av hålet.
Mycket vacker omgivning. Blommande mimosa och. havet i bakgrunden de sista 9 hålen

"Friendly staff, good conditioned buggies but course was very steep with most fairways having extreme left to right slopes.
Very difficult if you’re playing it for the first time. General condition of the course was good. Does have the advantage of a driving range right next to clubhouse.
In summary: good value but I’d rather pay more for a less extreme experience."

"Greens were good- the rest shocking! Weeds on the fairways, if you could find the fairways. Grass long and sections of rough in the fairway. Tee boxes badly worn and bunkers wet and mud in places. Some had puddles.

"This is a course for skilled golfers. Many fairways remind you of ski slopes.
I don’t like holes when most of the landing areas are blind.

"We did not like the layout of the course. It is a very hilly course and the holes are narrow and it is hard to keep the ball on the fairway on many holes because they lean to one side.
There were also quite many blind holes and playing it the first time with no course guide available is also very hard.
I couldn’t find any slope information on the website, but it is a very challenging course for all who have troubles hitting straight and clean." - Stina |
