"Normally the course is excellent. We played it on the Tuesday. On this occasion, Thursday, it really should have been closed. The whole course was flooded from fairways to greens. We were not made aware of any chance of a rain check, and played some holes until we found a way back to the clubhouse for a well earned beer. I did email, but really only got a response that was not suitable.
I book the tees well in advance, and now I think that is risking poor weather, and a course that stays open in rivers of water. All other courses on our trip offered the rain check before we even travelled to the course. So our business will be limited to those." - Donald

"Very likable. 50 years in 2026 which you see in the design, not built for today’s equipment but overall a good feeling. Fairways and greenes in good condition. Proximity to airport is key, good to play after arriving or prior to departing."

"The golf course was in excellent condition. It was obvious that a lot of care, attention and money wasspent keepting the course it top condition.
It's not an easy course for mid to high handicap players and is quite expensive but you pay for what you get."

"One of our favourite courses when we travel to Malaga. Beautiful course that is both fun and challenging to play. Some par 5's that can be reached in 2 shots, and a par 3 that only needs the shortest iron in the bag (but we often miss the green).
Buggies recommended as it gets a bit undulating at times

"Was für ein Golf-Juwel, zu einem günstigen Preis!
Dieser Platz war die große Überraschung unserer Golftour! Mega Layout, jeder Bahn ein Genuss!
Eine Bahn einprägsamer als die andere! Auch wenn der Platz etwas nass war und dadurch das Spiel eingeschränkt, war es ein toller Golftag.
Einzig die Duschen/Umkleideräume benötigen mal eine Renovierung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

"Beautiful course, nice layout and with generous fairways! I would give this club a 5 star rating for condition and layout. Although I would say it needs a few green complex’s completely redone as they are ridiculously sloped to the point of being unfair. Specifically the 18th which is the worst I have ever seen! This is typical of older courses that felt the needlessly needed to protect the course with sloped greens. This course doesn’t need that.
All that said I loved this course and would highly recommend it as one of the tip that I played in Costa de Sol!
I would also recommend the superintendent review all trees around the tee boxes as many are not getting enough sun to grow the grass properly. The ridiculous amounts net of recent rain has not helped that either."

Very well maintained in a nice setting. Every hole is interesting and a challenge.

Well organised with good buggies which are recommended.

"In order to hold the timelimit it was difficult as we were restricted to use the buggy on the entire course .
During high season play still the workers was working over the entire round with disturbing interference.

"The course was challenging but had some spectacular views over the Meditteranean. Greens were smooth and rolled true. A varied set of holes with the par 5s a particular threat to the scorecard.
All of the staff were very friendly made you feel really welcome. Especially true in the Proshop."

"Nice staff at check-in. Starterteam could have been nicer (a bit arrogant). We were stuck behind some slower players (but not overly slow). Yet, the ball behind us (menbers it seemed) were extremely unpleasant, rude behaving as if they owned the course. The young woman in the bar, however, was a very pleasant person, making up for some of the experiences we have had.
Course was more hilly than I remembered, but if you are in good shape, you might be able to walk with an electric trolley. Distane from one green to the next tee were reasonably short. Overall condition of the course was fine, but I am used to more forthcoming groundstaff."

"Greens good, but average speed. Fairways ok, but wet because of rain - would have been good if dry. Tee boxes generally uneven, so either down- or uphill; should be an easy fix. Buggy paths a bit worn, would benefit from a face lift."
