"The course was quite and we played a two ball which was good. The ground was a bit hard so you had to nip it off the top and some greens were completely brown with very little grass so very fast. But the holes are interesting with some tough par three's. All in all good value and we enjoyed the experience. Hilly in places so a buggy is recommended." - Stuart

"This is our second visit to the course - it’s technical but fun. For high handicappers it’s not easy, but not so frustrating that you’d want to give up. Overall a very enjoyable play. Course is well maintained for December, pace is good (special mention to the screen displays on the buggy letting you know whether you’re on pace or behind, very smart!)"

The course grass at the side of some greens was long and impossible to chip from never mind putt. Just needs removing/cutting.

The course is very very tight, quite a few blind holes and most fairways slope significantly
So you can hit a good shot to the middle of the fairway but your ball may still run off into a hazard or down a neighbouring fairway or two?

"The course was very tight which was difficult to play with the balls running down and off the fairways. However we only managed to play 13 holes as the pace of play was horrendous. We were the only 2 ball also and came off after waiting on every shot. 13 holes taking 3 and 3/4 hours. We were looking at a 5 1/2 to 6 hour round. There didn't seem to be any Marshalls moving people on. Sorry but won't be playing the new course again. We paid a lot of money to watch the people in front play lots of shots." - Ian webber

Vissa hål var för mycket lutande. Kunde inträffa att en fairwayträff på ena sidan rullade av banan på andra sidan. Man måste ha bil. Bra jämna greener, tyvärr för många nedslagsmärken som inte lagats.

"Played several courses over our three weeks in the area and this was by far the best value particularly as the greens were the best we played on, apart from Aloha.
Fees plus buggy ( recommended) were very reasonable and we buzzed round ,with a four ball ,in around four hours. Given how busy all the courses are at this time of year it was great to go to every tee and play - without having to hang around for an eternity!
Shortish holes in the main but some tricky ones and all different which added to our enjoyment. Probably too easy for low single figure handicappers but still great fun and just a grand day out." - JJB |
