"If this course was anywhere else in the world, I would have graded it as poor. But because it was in Lanzarote, built on lava rock, with very limited rainfall and harsh winds and storms and the golf course managed to develop greens they had… wow. What an accomplishment. The staff were excellent. They were very accommodating to our needs. The grounds keepers were working hard every day. Yes the winds were very strong. "Unfortunately they allowed two big groups before us, one of them with four players more than prebooked, leading to severe delays. Our first nine took 3 hours, totally unacceptable- especially since our starting time was already delayed 20 mins. And also we did not receive our prepaid buggies until we played the second hole.
Normally Rio Real is a nice place to visit, today we should be refunded in full.." - Ankamok
